Research-Use Products
All products sold by Alluvi, including peptide pens and supplements, are strictly intended for research and development purposes only. They are not designed for human consumption, diagnosis, or treatment. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of our products and to ensure quality standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Returns may only be considered for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
Return Period
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges after this period.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:

Items that have not been stored properly (e.g., not refrigerated when required)

Products not in their original packaging

Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
Reporting Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@alluviofficial.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos as evidence.
Return Approval Process
All return requests are subject to review. Once assessed, we will inform you whether your return has been approved. If approved, detailed return instructions will be provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be processed based on the GBP value at the time of refund, excluding any applicable transaction or gas fees.
