Order Dispatch
Orders that are placed and fully paid for before 3:00 PM (UK time) on business days are usually dispatched the same day. Orders made after 3:00 PM, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Shipping Providers
We ship using reliable tracked and signed courier services such as UPS, Royal Mail, and DPD. The carrier selected depends on your location, parcel weight, and service availability. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you via email or SMS.
